Minutes of A Meeting of Holme Lacy Parish Council Playing Field Committee Held at 8.00 Pm, Tuesday, 5 June 2018, in the Village Hall

PF1/18. APOLOGIES: Mr Hince

PF2/18. MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

The minutes of the meeting of 17 October 2017 were agreed as a correct record and signed by the
Chairman.

PF4/18. GROUND MAINTENANCE

(1) Fences and gates – no problems.
(2) Play equipment – inspection report had been satisfactory
(3) Football pitch – in good order
(4) Sports pavilion electrical work had been carried out. Awaiting certificates. Football Club working party would be tidying up around the pavilion.
(5) Grass cutting – satisfactory.
(6) Signs – new signs had been fitted.
